paleo breakfast

ingredients for one hungry bear in the morning:


2 cups strawberries
1 banana
2 handful sunflower seeds
1 handful raisins
1/2 cup creamy coconut milk (or plant milk of your choice)
1 handful shredded coconut chips
Walnuts as many as you like

if you really need additional sweetness top it off with a bit of maple syrup or rice syrup.
