choc&chia pudding

ingredients for 1 person and 1 jar


2 tbsp chia seeds

150 ml water (or any plant-based milk like almond, oat etc...)

1 tbsp rice syrup

1 tbsp almond butter

2 tbsp cocoa powder (unsweetened)

1/2 - 1 banana

5-10 whole almonds (optional)

1 hint of organic ground vanilla (optional)



add all ingredients into a jar that you can close and shake. i ususally add the banana in just before eating but you can also add them in straight away. then shake the jar well and let it rest for at least 30 min. - but better over night. before eating add fresh banana and a few raw chocolate nibs, if you like them!
