chia pudding

chia pudding is so variable but i will show you two of my favourite variations - once you get the hang of what you like, you will probably go crazy and make your own personal favourite chia-pudding recipe.

 

COCONUT & CHERRY CHIA PUDDING
ingredients for 1 person & 1 jar

 

2 tbsp chia seeds

150 ml coconut milk

1 tbsp rice syrup

1 hint of organic ground vanilla (optional)

stewed cherries OR fresh cherries

shredded coconut to sprinkle

 

METHOD:

add all ingredients into a jar that you can close and shake. i ususally add the cherries just before eating but you can also add them in straight away. then shake the jar well and let it rest for at least 30 min. - even better over night. before eating add cherries and shredded coconut flakes.

 

NOTE: of course you can use other fresh berries, frozesn berries or fruits for this recipe.

CHOCOLATE-BANANA-ALMOND CHIA PUDDING

 

VARIATION 2

ingredients for 1 person and 1 jar

 

2 tbsp chia seeds

150 ml water (or any plant-based milk like almond, oat etc...)

1 tbsp rice syrup

1 tbsp almond butter

2 tbsp cocoa powder (unsweetened)

1/2 - 1 banana

5-10 whole almonds (optional)

1 hint of organic ground vanilla (optional)

 

METHOD:

add all ingredients into a jar that you can close and shake. i usually add the banana in just before eating but you can also add it in straight away. then shake the jar well and let it rest for at least 30 min. - even better over night. before eating add fresh banana and a few raw chocolate nibs, if you like them!

    Lieber florian! Freut mich sehr - ich liebe chia Pudding und esse ihn fast jeden Tag in verschiedenen Variationen :)
