the best bruch plate ever!

 

100g fried tempeh in coconut oil finished off with ume-vinegar

1/2 avocado

3 spoons sauerkraut sprinkled with pumpkin seed oil

5 sundried tomatoes

handful cashew nuts

1 tsp dijon mustard

2 tbsp kid's ketchup (because it's only tomatoes and apples - no sugar)

everything is ready in 4 min. - of course only if you have everything at home. but who hasn't got all those delicious things at home!

 

it is also the best post-workout meal packed with lots of protein in the tempeh and healthy fats.
