pea mousse in flax seed bowls

ingredients for the pea mousse filling:

 

500g peas

*when using frozen peas, simply pour hot water over them and leave them covered for a short time – they’ll quickly defrost and are ready to be used straight away.

 

2 1/2 tbsp virgin coconut oil

juice of half a lemon

1 clove garlic (or of course more if you’d like it full volume)

1 tbsp sea salt

1 tbsp pepper

 

blend everything with a good blender until smooth! ready to serve! it's that easy.
