chocolate coins

ingredients:

100g cacoa butter nibs

60-70g cocoa powder (depends how dark you want it ;))

40g coconut flower sugar or 70ml agave syrup

1/2 tsp. vanilla powder

3/4 tsp sea salt (THE SECRET INGREDIENT!)

 

choose the add-ins you like:

put the cocoa butter nibs & coconut flower sugar in a pot and heat them up until melted - careful, that happens very quickly! remove from the heat and add the rest of the ingredients, together with your personal favourite add-ins - or leave it plain (if you use coconut flower sugar, heat up on low heat again and stir until the coconut flower sugar is dissolved - with agave syrup you don't need to heat it up again.)

 

use muffin paper cases to portion the chocolate into coins! ;). let it rest for about 2 hours.

 

 

zutaten:

100g kokaobutter

60-70g kakaopulver (je nach geschmack)

40g kokosblütenzucker oder 70ml agavensirup

1/2 tl vanille gemahlen

3/4 tl meersalz (DIE GEHEIME ZUTAT)

 

extra add-in-topping die du magst:

gojibeeren

 

erhitze die kakaobutter in einem topf (achtung das geht sehr schnell!). nimm sie vom herd und füge alle restlichen zutaten hinzu, und vermenge sie gut.

 

für die runde form nimm muffin papier förmchen als portionierer unf fülle immer 1-2 el ein. lass alles mind. 2 stunden aushärten.
