sam's protein shake

ingredients:

300 ml plant milk (oat,almond,rice..)

4 dates

2 figs (optional)

1-2 handful almonds (pre-soaked if you have a weak blender)

2 tbsp hemp protein powder

1/4 tsp coconut oil

1 tbsp cocoa powder

 

optional:

1 tsp chia seeds

1 banana (instead of the dried fruits)

 

zutaten:

300 ml pflanzliche milch (hafer, reis, mandel..)

4 datteln

2 feigen (optional)

1-2 handvoll mandeln (eingeweicht wenn der mixer schwach ist)

2 el hanf protein 
1/4 tl kokosöl

1 el kakaopulver

 

optional:

1 tl chia samen

1 banane (anstatt den trockenfrüchten)
